Achieving Peace

I strongly believe prayer and exercise are a huge part of health and wellness, but another crucial ingredient to a life of peace and contentment is limiting technological distractions and living in the present. So many of us are stuck in wishing we could change mistakes from the past or we are obsessing over excitement or fear of the future. Instead, awaken your mind to enjoy what is happening right in front of your eyes. One of my favorite people who lives by this mantra is Joanna Gaines.
